Echo was from the last litter bred by a friend.
I bought Echo at 13 months because we agreed she was being wasted, and because she reminded me so much of her granny Caoimhe, and I wanted a second line back to Caoimhe.
Echo is a sweetheart, but she didn't greatly enjoy showing. She managed to gain her stud book number under the late Yvette Mannings who I greatly respected, but I knew she would not go any further in the ring.

Echo's first litter was by Gatchells Lone Ranger, from which we kept Oonagh, and the second by Ramchaine Eidolon produced D. Quintessence (Milla), Banksy's mum.

Having finished her maternal duties and retired from the ring, I could have kept Echo here as part of the pack but when an opportunity arose to make an older lady (and I don't mean just Echo!) very happy, and give Echo more time and attention in her mature years, I decided to let her go. I am so glad I did as she has blossomed as an only dog, and her owner is thrilled to have found the perfect companion after three years of searching.
